Term Payment and Condition as follows

To avoid the hassle before departure date or on the date of arrival of your home country. 50% of the deposit or transfer payment is required prior to the arrival date. However, full prepayment will be required during the meetings service on the first day upon your arrival in Lombok, by our representatives in Lombok. Prior to joining the selected trips, cash payments will be accepted for meeting service. All payments can be made in Rupiah (Idr), USD, Euro. Australia, dollars or Pounds, based on the exchange rate at the time of the transaction. Please pay in any currency of your country so that our banks in Indonesia will receive Rupiah.

Cancellations and refunds

No refund and cost reduction if restaurant, hotel, transport, porter, and guide objects are canceled not because of our company PT Sasak Lombok Tour and Travel, but by the participants or due to force majeure or unexpected events. In the event of an earthquake or disease or called “force majeure” there will be a trip diversion option with an adjustment to the cost or destination that will be informed to participants. If a participant does not approve the above option, then it is considered cancel and the fees that have been entered are non-refundable / forfeited.
Refunds do not apply to individual cancellation or deduction of participants after an agreement or payment of Deposit.
If there is a refund due to cancellation of tour package booking, the refund process will last for 7 working days.

Medical Information

All participants should be fit and healthy! It is recommended that all people with medical problems or diet restrictions please let us know as well, before departure, so they might be met. It is recommended to bring with you any medications, too, some band-aid, antibiotics, aspirin for headaches, etc. (for the tropics)

Limitation Of Liability

We only act in the capacity of transportation companies, hotels, operators, and other, related to his schedule. Will not be responsible for loss, damage, harm, including death, change of schedule, distortions, etc that are beyond our control.

Travel insurance climbing to Mount Rinjani

Travel Documents

Everyone should be responsible to obtain the appropriate visa (s) and bring a valid passport at all times. Your Luggage

Travel Accommodation

Trekking Rinjani is not itself a carrier or an entrepreneur, we don’t have an airplane, hotel, or coach. Flight, coach trips, tours and hotels other accommodations consist in your tour provided by reputation and brings its hoteliers on the conditions of their own. It is important to note, therefore, that all bookings with Trekking Rinjani are subject to the terms and conditions and limitations of liability imposed by airlines, operator of the coach, the hoteliers and other service providers, including but not limited to rent a car, restaurant operators, whose services we use, some of which limit or exclude liability in respect of death, personal injury, delay and loss or damage to baggage.

Our Responsibility

We always do our best to ensure your travel arrangements are satisfactory and we are responsible for, but only to the extent of, any loss or damage suffered by You as a result of our negligence or our employees or agents. However, we cannot accept any liability whatsoever for actions, omissions or default, whether negligent or otherwise, of their flight, coach operators, hoteliers, or others who provide services in connection with your holiday in accordance with the contract between them and yourself (which can be evidenced in writing by the issue of a ticket, voucher, coupon or the like) and over whom we have no direct control and exclusive. F.A.Q

Question: When is the best time of the year to climb Mt Rinjani? And when does the national park mount Rinjani close?
Answer: The best season of the climbing mount Rinjani are April – December. Mt Rinjani National Park closed from January – March due to the heavy rain. Question: Do the porters carry our luggage/backpack to Mount Rinjani?
Answer: No they don’t. Porters we provide are in charge to carry all logistic for the trek program only. If you wish, you can pay extra for extra porter to carry your extra luggage at IDR 300,000 per porter per day and pay direct to the porters after trek mount Rinjani.

Question: What time is the pick up time on the first days before climb Mt Rinjani in the morning if I stay in Senggigi or Mataram area?
Answer: Pick up point at the hotel’s lobby is at 06:00AM, anywhere in Senggigi or Mataram. For those who stay in Gili Islands, the pick up point would be at Bangsal Port OR Teluk Nara Port at 06:00AM, please arrange yourself boats transport from the Gilis to Bangsal Port OR Teluk Nara Port.

Question: Where can I leave my extra luggage during the trek program to Mount Rinjani?
Answer: You can leave luggage to our coordinators under foot of mount Rinjani. You can have all your luggage back after the trek ends. Please check again your luggage before you leave the mount Rinjani, does not cost anything to your luggage is kept securely in our place. It’s the usual things we do with our guests also with your luggage safe.

Not comfortable, if you’re a backpacker walks alone toward Sembalun or to Senaru villages starting point for climbing the mountain Rinjani, you will be taken by someone not knowing the good ethics around Sembalun or Senaru villages, the impact of noise bad behavior by people around you, resulting in confusion and of course you will learn losses can not be expected.
